Is your Kratom regularly tested?
Absolutely. We work closely with a food testing laboratory to test for alkaloid content and any contaminants in our Kratom. Not only are our product descriptions regularly updated to reflect the lab results, we also print each product label with a lot number for quality control reference.
Is the Kratom in the photo the same kratom I will receive?
Yes, just not literally.
Although the kratom powder or kratom extract pictured on our website is not the exact kratom you will receive, all our kratom passes through a rigorous inspection and examination by our quality control team. If the photos pictured on our website slightly differ in color or consistency, note that we do our best to update all our listings to reflect the kratom we sell. There may occasionally be inconsistencies in texture, depending on what grade of mesh we use while grinding the kratom into powder, however we deliver our utmost best to ensure a quality product on each and every order, and that your kratom experiences remain consistent.
Do you offer discrete shipping?
We understand and respect you privacy and need for discretion. While we don’t make it obvious you’re buying maeng da kratom, kratom extracts or powders, our packages are labeled “Shipping Department, Soul SP.”
When will my order be processed?
All Soul Speciosa orders are processed and shipped the same day, Monday through Friday, if they are placed before 2pm PST. All orders placed on Saturday will be processed and shipped the same day if placed before 12pm PST.
When will my order ship?
If your order is placed before the cut off time (2pm weekdays or 12pm PST Saturday), your order will ship the same day between 2pm and 8pm PST.
You may not receive a shipping notification or tracking immediately.
We ship from the west coast and deliver your parcels directly to the USPS or UPS hub, so your package could take several hours to update. Orders placed on the east coast at 5pm EST may not receive a shipping confirmation email until 11pm EST.
Will I receive tracking on my package?
Absolutely. After your order is processed, you’ll receive an email from ShipStation in addition to a confirmation email from either USPS or UPS.
This email is sent to you as long as your order was placed before our cut-off time.
Because these emails are automated, please allow up to an hour to receive your confirmation after placing your order.
Can I track my package from the Soul Speciosa website?
Absolutely! Login to your account and click the “My Orders” tab on the left hand side, to see the tracking for your order, or simply click here. Our shipping software may not automatically update your account with tracking information. If this is happens and you require tracking information, please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you accept Collect On Delivery (COD) as a payment method?
Definitely. If you would like to pay via COD, please select UPS as your courier. Although UPS charges $11 for this service, we will only bill you $5, as we respect your privacy.
Please note: UPS couriers do not accept cash. Please have a money order or cashier’s check in the amount of your order ready upon delivery.
Do you guarantee delivery for your packages?
Yes we do, and at anytime you are unsatisfied with your order, feel free to contact us with either our contact form or by emailing our support team at email@example.com. We strive to ensure all customers are thoroughly satisfied.
Who is Soul Speciosa’s preferred courier?
We offer shipping via USPS and UPS, however our overall customer experience is higher when using UPS, as their shipping tools, rates, and dependability add convenience and overall customer satisfaction.
Do you accept phone orders?
Not currently, all orders must be placed on our website.
We cannot process payments or place orders over the phone.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns for an unopened, sealed and untampered with kratom as long as you contact us within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery.
If by chance you’re unsatisfied with, or find that your Kratom experience is not up to par, we are happy to work out a solution with you. Do you sell bulk Kratom?
We currently don’t offer bulk kratom, however this is something we will be expanding to in the near future. If you’d like us to send you a message once bulk purchases are possible, send us a message and we’ll add you to our growing list!
